RICE Framework: A Data-Driven Prioritization Model for Better Business Decisions
The RICE Framework is a product prioritization method that helps teams evaluate and rank ideas, features, or projects based on their expected impact relative to the effort required. It was developed by Intercom.

Calculation: (10,000×2×0.8) / 4 = 4,000 RICE Score
